My Bethel Family,

I am asking for your prayer support in the the search of locking into my HR career. I have applied to multiple job postings done numerous exams and interviews, but the processes just stop short of a job offer. I am placed in 2 pools for HR Advisor roles but I have not had any feedback in over a year.

Recently, I learnt that there may be reasons to be concerned about my current position because of extreme budget cuts within my Department. Over the years I feel sidelined, overlooked and rejected because with all my effort, still no fruits, whilst I watch other colleagues slingshot into promotions. I pray and ask God for patience and strength, but I am finding it harder each day. So I ask for your help in praying with me for the fruits of the Holy Spirit while I wait on the Lord.
